SIN 874-2: Meeting Facilitation
This service includes
assisting clients in articulating outcomes; structuring a process or agenda to
produce the desired outcomes; facilitating the meeting(s); and capturing key
points, decisions, and action items on flip charts during discussion.
SIN 874-5: Other Support-production of meeting summary
This service is preformed
in support of meeting facilitation and consists of producing an accurate
summary record of the meeting within five working days of the meeting.

Facilitation (Half-day) $ 600

Base Rate (On site) $ 150

Base Rate (Office) $ 100
Preparation
of Meeting Summary $ 400/meeting day
Notes:
1) Client responsible for reimbursement of
transportation, lodging, and per diem at appropriate state or federal rates
upon presentation of receipts.
2) Payment is due 30 days from receipt of invoice.
3) Beck Consulting accepts payment by credit card,
check, or electronic fund transfer.
4) Travel time may be charged at $50/hour for meetings
less than 1 days. There is no charge
for travel time for meetings greater than 1 days in length.
