Director (D)   In the role of account executive, the Director works with the most senior members of the client organization to develop and structure strategies, organizations, and core business processes. Responsibilities include managing the overall client relationship, leading the PRTM and client teams to achieve the agreed upon value proposition, and defining tailored solutions that include but are not limited to the following project areas: supply and value chain management, transportation and distribution, deployment logistics services, and management, organizational, and business improvement services.

M.S., M.A., and/or MBA degree                                       

10 years of specialized experience. Specialized experience may include best practice definition and implementation, line management, facilitation, training, methodology development and deployment, process reengineering, change management, organizational development, advanced analysis and modeling, deployment of information technology, and/or management of personnel.

Senior Principal (P2)  Works with the most senior members of the client team responsible for the success of a specific engagement(s). In this role, the Senior Principal is the primary point of contact with the client on issues necessary to implement the strategies developed by the Director, such as scope, resources, and budget negotiations. Accordingly, Senior Principals develop proposals and lead and manage complex programs (multiple projects) across multiple sites and organizations to ensure on time delivery within budget. Senior Principals directly supervise Principals, Managers, Associates, and Analysts. Responsibilities also include leveraging PRTM best practice frameworks, their own industry expertise, and technical competence in order to drive the overall design and implementation of customized best practice solutions.

Principal (P1)              Works with mid and senior level members of the client team responsible for the success of a specific engagement(s). In this role, the Principal is the primary point of contact with the client on issues regarding scope and resources. Specifically, Principals must be capable of leading and managing large programs across multiple sites to ensure on time delivery within budget and facilitating management and management teams through the change process. Principals carry out the directives of Directors and/or Senior Principals, and directly supervise Managers, Associates, and Analysts. Responsibilities also include leveraging PRTM best practice frameworks, their own industry expertise, and technical competence in order to drive the overall design and implementation of customized best practice solutions.

Senior Manager          (M2)                                         ;    Works with the members of the client team responsible for a specific project or complex project element within a client engagement. In this role, the Senior Manager acts as the day-to-day project point of contact with client management in order to manage expectations and discuss issues and challenges. Accordingly, Senior Managers manage and facilitate several project teams to deliver high quality deliverables on time and within budget. Specifically, this involves, preparing and maintaining project plans, reviewing deliverables, and making presentations to clients. Senior Managers directly supervise Managers, Associates, and Analysts. Responsibilities also include leveraging PRTM best practice frameworks, their own industry expertise, and technical competence in order to support the overall design and implementation of customized best practice solutions.

Manager (M1)              Works with the members of the client team responsible for a complex project element within a client engagement. In this role, the Manager acts as the day-to-day project point of contact with team members in order to manage expectations and discuss issues and challenges. Accordingly, Managers must be capable of managing and facilitating several project teams to deliver high quality deliverables on time and within budget. Specifically, this involves preparing and maintaining project plans, establishing project operating protocols, reviewing deliverables, and making presentations to clients. Managers directly supervise Associates and Analysts. Responsibilities also include leveraging PRTM best practice frameworks, their own industry expertise, and technical competence in order to support the overall design and implementation of customized best practice solutions.

Senior Associate (A2)  Works with the members of the client team responsible for specific project deliverables. Facilitates the successful completion of a portfolio of deliverables across many client team members. Specifically, this involves analyzing problems, defining solutions, communicating recommendations, developing procedures, leading the development of presentations, building consensus with the client, managing client relations, providing technical direction, and developing and managing work plans. Senior Associates directly supervise Analysts.

B.S. degree  

2 years of specialized experience. Specialized experience may include facilitation, training, survey development, advanced analysis, modeling, programming and deployment of information technology.
