PRTM brings
seasoned expertise, studied knowledge, and tenacious problem solving to all our
engagements. We work alongside our clients to get real results.
Supply Chain
Expertise
As a founding partner of the international Supply Chain
Council (SCC), we are proud that the US Department of Defense adopted its
Supply-Chain Operations Reference-model (SCOR) for organizing the logistics
chain. We are prouder still, since creation of the SCOR framework was based on
our pioneering work in Plan, Source, Make & Deliver. Who better than PRTM to
assist you with any supply chain improvement program?
Product Development
and Lifecycle Management Expertise
PRTM s breakthrough PACE (Product
And Cycle-time Excellence) methodology, under constant rejuvenation since its
debut in the mid-1980s, helps companies accelerate time to market and improve
portfolio and resource management. Many practices used today by leading
companies to create cross-functional teams and operate effective decision-making
processes use this methodology as their foundation.
Benchmarking and Metrics
Our
clients benchmark their performance against others in their industry segments
using an online benchmarking service offered by our subsidiary, The Performance
Measurement Group, LLC. Many of our industry benchmarks can be leveraged to help
government organizations assess elements of their performance as well.
Critical Project
Recovery (CPR)
In the government space, as in industry, critical
projects may become overscoped or lose the expertise to achieve the original
objectives. In Critical Project Recovery engagements, PRTM takes a leadership
role in getting a troubled project or division back on track.
Strategic IT
Portfolio Management
PRTM s solutions help leaders understand the
business value of IT investments, uncover the reasons for overspending on IT,
and equip them with the processes needed to plan growth in a dynamic
environment.
Enterprise

PRTM played a leading role in several nationwide
service rollouts for wireless carriers in the early days of wireless phone
services. Today, our people help providers address issues such as tracking,
extended reach, and event notification--to drive revenues, cut costs, and boost
productivity.
