SIN 27-500: COURSE DEVELOPMENT AND TEST ADMINISTRATION

Overview

Management Worlds, a recognized leader in simulation development, performance technologies and computer based training applications, is world renowned for its ability improve management and leadership processes. Management Worlds offers the ability to customize every product offered, but most notably the simulation technology used in each workshop. Also, Management Worlds designs new simulations from the ground up.

 

Management Worlds support programs enable a project team to produce high-quality results in the short term, using processes that also better prepare them for future undertakings. Performance Support activities are designed to achieve specific goals over a defined period of time, but recurring activities may also be planned. We have support for tools such as Microsoft Project, Project Scheduler, Goal Director, DOORS and others.

Facilitates communications between clients and staff. Mentors junior clerical staff on project related work. Education/Experience:  Bachelor s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent. Secretary/Office

Responsibilities: Assists with developing plans and procedures, creates reports, collects and compiles data, reviews documents, develops surveys and collects survey data. Responsibilities: Provides technical and research support.

Writer

Responsibilities: Develops, writes, and edits materials for reports, manuals, briefs, proposals, instruction books, catalogs, and related technical and administrative publications in print or electronic media. Assists in collecting and organizing information for preparation of client products. Supports documentation activities such as writing, editing, proofreading, production of technical documents, on-line help, and other interactive documentation. Familiar with current product technologies and production methods.

Education/Experience: Minimum two (2) years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Editor

Responsibilities: Using technical material prepared by programmer/analysts, writes and edits documentation as required. Ensures that the preparation of technical documents is consistent with prescribed standards for format and presentation.

Associate Producer

Responsibilities: Track and organize incoming projects, maintain budgets, maintain content

Production Crew Member

Responsibilities: This role requires demonstrable ability to work in a fast-paced, broadcast media and web media environment, managing a team of production assistants and ensuring that the production is delivered on time and on budget. Post Production Editor

Responsibilities: Works with the company s producers and directors on broadcast media and website media projects and is responsible for the complete editing of a media product which includes cutting film shot sequences to different angles at specific points in scenes, making each individual cut as fluid and seamless as possible. Manipulating plot, score, sound, and graphics to make the parts into a continuous whole, working closely with people in audio, visual, music, optical and/or special effects departments. Setting up and operating computer editing systems, electronic titling systems, video switching equipment, and digital video effects units in order to produce a final product. Supervising and coordinating activities of all editing team employees engaged in the post production phase of projects.

Education/Experience: BA in Communications plus knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media. Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.

Production Illustrator

Responsibilities: Perform a variety of duties involved in the design and layout of printed material; prepare charts, graphs, illustrations and diagrammatic drawings.

Photographer

Responsibilities: Develops video concepts from scripting through shooting and post-production. Designs and implements media presentation environments, and supervises these functions.

Education/Experience: Master's degree (MA/MS) or equivalent, minimum eight years experience in linear analog and non-linear digital videography. Fluent in graphic and special effects software.

Project Manager

Responsibilities: Responsible for the effective delivery of large-scale project, while meeting customer needs. Responsible for the overall delivery of the project.

Education/ Experience: Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree from an accredited institution required in discipline in which the individual is performing. Must have either a Masters or Doctorate degree in engineering, science, business or a field relevant to the task area. Information Architect
