in accordance with the highest applicable standards, and shall comply requirements set forth in applicable
job orders.
Scher Group will correct any errors or deficiencies in its work within mutually agreeable time
period and at no cost to the client and in accordance with the provisions set forth in applicable job orders.
All developed information provided by Scher Group shall be the original work, and shall not infringe upon or violate
patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right of any third party under
the laws of any country.
Scher Group warrants and represents that the work will (i) provide accurate processing of data and (ii)
take al reasonable steps to provide commercially acceptable access to internet systems, courses, and pertinent technology.
