Signs are one-piece injection molded construction, matte finish,
black background, white text and pictograms. Letters and symbols
are raised 1/32". Framed or unframed. Frames are Injection Molded
Modular frames. For interior use only. Signs available are:
Accessible (wheelchair symbol), No Smoking, Stairs, Men, Women,
Restroom (Man & Woman pictogram), Restroom ISA (Man, Woman,
Wheelchair pictogram), Men ISA (Man and Wheelchair pictogram),
Women ISA (Woman and Wheelchair pictogram).

Signs are manufactured using Gravo-tac material applied with
Raster Braille. They can be purchased unframed,
framed using an Injection Molded Modular frame or an
Aluminum Modular frame. There are standard sizes; however
you can call for a custom open market quote on other sizes or materials.

Modular Frame or Aluminum Modular Frame.

5. Provide sign schedule with text exactly as you wish
it to appear on the sign. If possible, the sign
schedule should be in an Excel, Word, or PDF format.

Frames are manufactured from anodized aluminum and are available in
Silver (natural), Gold and Black in standard sizes and two edge designs.
The pricing is on a per pair basis. The Series 100 has a 1/16" edge;
the Series 200 has a 3/16" edge. Standard sizes are 3", 4", 5", 6",
7", 8", 8.5", 9", 10", 11", 12", 15", 18", 24", 30", 36", 48".
Custom sizes from 3" to 96" are available. Call, fax or e-mail for an
open market quote.
Support brackets for large/modular signs are available as an open market
quote.

Remember, you need 2 frame pairs to make a full frame.
For example, to make a 6"x8" Silver 100 Frame, you would
order one 703-106 (6" pair) and one 703-108 (8" pair).

The Raster Method for Braille is a licensed, patented process that
provides perfectly rounded Braille that complies with the latest codes
and standards. Holes are cut in the sign substrate and round balls
(Rasters ) are press-fit into them.
1. Can be used with any computerized sign engraving or routing
system that includes a Grade 2 Braille translator for
producing
2. Rasters can be inserted in any material that can be drilled
with precision.
3. Raster are available in UV stable acrylic
(Clear, White and Black) or metal
(Stainless Steel or Brass).

Engraved or Hot Stamped badges available in 3 standard sizes:
1"x3", 1 "x3", 1 "x3". For Hot Stamped badges, there is a set up charge
per color for the first order, and a die charge per color. There is a
per badge charge for each extra color in the logo (beyond the first one).
For special shaped badges (custom badges in non-rectangular
shapes or in non-standard sizes), please call for an open market quote.
Material:
Gravoply: 2 or 3 ply plastic, multiple color combinations,

Metallex: Plastic that looks like metal
Gravoglas 2-Plex: UV stable, comparable to Gravoply, but color
