Other Direct Costs (ODCs)

Costs for transportation and per diem (lodging, meals and incidental expenses) will be billed as directly reimbursable by the ordering agency on a cost reimbursable basis.

Other ODCs such as communications, computer, reprographic, equipment rental and Health & Safety Charges and Fleet Vehicles will be priced on a Task Order basis.

Pricing will be developed using our most current Federal Service Center Rate Book and our most current Advance Agreement regarding service center rates as approved by our cognizant Administrative Contracting Officer.
