Telephonic Interpretation Usage Structure

$2.49 per minute

The above rate applies to Interpretation Services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. It is for all offered languages and disciplines.

See attached Exhibit A below for languages offered.

There is no additional charge for domestic third party calling and no minimum monthly service charge.

Volume discounts are based on monthly usage charges.

CyraPhone Government Lease Terms

The CyraPhone is a patented, dual-handset, analog, programmable, telephonic device.

Lease Price

CyraPhones are leased for $7.93 per phone per month for the duration of usage of CyraCom Interpretation Service.

All CyraPhones will be returned following the termination of CyraCom Service.

Lease of CyraPhone is optional to the interpretation service.

Warranty/Replacement Costs

CyraPhones will be replaced free of charge if proved to be defective under normal use.

If a CyraPhone is proved to be damaged outside of normal use, a $200.00 replacement charge applies, in accordance with CyraCom s standard commercial warranty.

2% discount for payment in 15 days and Net 30 days
