28.       Ordering from Schedules:  Each order should be placed in accordance with the following procedures. The ordering officer shall provide a written Request for Quote (RFQ) including the technical requirement that will form the basis for a quote. The technical requirement should include at a minimum: the work to be performed, location of work, period of performance, deliverable schedule, applicable standards, acceptable criteria and any special requirements (i.e., security requirements, travel, special knowledge, etc).  The RFQ shall include a request to submit either a Firm-Fixed price or a Labor Hour price to provide the services in the statement of work. A ceiling price must be established for Labor Hour orders.

 

Ordering agencies may use written orders, credit card orders, blanket purchase agreements, individual purchase orders or task orders for ordering services under this contract. Blanket purchase orders should not exceed the period of the contract.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Minimum/General Experience:  Generally has over 15 years of technical and supervisory experience in related type projects

Functional Responsibility: Responsible for the overall day to day functions of the project or task order. Senior Project Manager has full responsibility for all project management functions as required to facilitate the tasks, objectives and goals of the project.  Supervisory skills are necessary to guide the project team and the clients toward a successful project or task order.
