A summary of Litton Guidance and Control''s services is listed below by Special Item Number (SIN). SIN 874-501 Supply and Value Chain Management Services Services supplied under SIN 501 include, but are not limited to system assessment, logistics strategic planning, logistics systems engineering services, logistics program management services and support, logistics business process reengineering and logistics decis ion support solutions. Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul support and process management are also included. SIN 874-502 Acquisition Logistics Under SIN 502 Litton is offering a wide range of services including concept development consultation needs assessment analyses, definition of program objectives, strategies, plans and schedules, development of milestone documentation and spares modeling. Also offered are configuration and data management, vendor management, inventory and asset control and the conduct of field problem analysis and recommendation of corrective actions. SIN 874-503 Distribution and Transportation Logistics Services Services offered under SIN 503 include distribution system analysis and distribution network analysis. SIN 874-504 Deployment Logistics Services Contingency planning, asset management and visibility and regional and global resource capability identification and integration are services offered as part of SIN 504. SIN 874-505 Logistics Training Services Training services in the tools and techniques offered under other SIN's within this contract or other training services as required, are offered under this SIN. SIN 874-506 Support Products Ancillary products in support of the delivery of other services provided under LOGWorld including, but not limited to technical manuals, presentations, documentation and CD-ROM presentations. SIN 874-59 Introduction of New Services Any other logistics support services not currently defined within SIN's 1-6, which have the potential to provide the Government with a more economical or efficient means of meeting mission requirements. GSA Federal Supply Schedule Contract GS-10F-0060L Litton Guidance and Controls Systems Division LOGWORLD Labor Categories ETS2 Senior Member of Technical Staff (SINs 874-501-599): Responsible for serving as the highest level engineering/scientific advisor to management in the identification and solution of various highly complex, practical and theoretical problems. Conduct and or direct special investigations and present recommendations for action. Serve as the authoritative expert in a specialized field, make final technical decisions. Normally requires 16 years of experience in jobs of progressively increasing technical complexity and responsibility. ETS1 Member of Technical Staff (SINs 874-501-599): Responsible for performing technical assignments requiring advanced knowledge of engineering/scientific theory, principles and practices. Carry out complex development assignments where few fundamental principles have been established. Analyze highly technical pro blems and provide recommendations for solutions to engineering, scientific, design, and manufacturing personnel and or management. Normally requires 12 years experience in jobs of progressively increasing technical complexity and responsibility. ES17 Engineering Specialist (SINs 874-501-599): Responsible for performing complex design engineering tasks within a group, requiring originality, judgement and the application of advanced engineering principles. Responsibilities include defining parameters, development of methods of approach, and design of har dware compatible with overall systems. Normally requires 8 years of related engineering experience. ENG2 Senior Engineer (SINs 874-501-599): Responsible for designing and or modifying equipment, working from defined parameters. Perform independent analysis in a specialized field or work on small functional units. Direct the activities of draftsmen and technicians in designing, building and testing brea dboard models. Assist in resolving technical problems. Normally requires 5 years related engineering experience. ENG1 Engineer (SINs 874-501-599): Perform engineering assignments such as originating and developing the design of a secondary element, a minor functional system or component part of a product. Provide advice to technicians in constructing and testing, and evaluating test results. Normally require s 2 years experience in aerospace engineering, design or manufacture of high-tech electronic products. ETE1 Engineering Tech (SINs 874-501-599): Responsible for fabricating electronic circuitry, mechanical designs, optical devices, or other equipment typically used in engineering/scientific laboratory. Perform engineering layouts. Perform various tests using a computer as part of laboratory set-up. Prepare test reports for further analysis. Normally requires 5 years-related technician experience. MLC1/MLU1 Logistics (SINs 874-501-599): Responsible for the definition and delivery of product support services to customers for the duration of the product's service life. Evaluate product support requirements and customer requirements to develop logistics support programs. Perform product life cycle c ost analysis to establish warranty costs. Implement product support programs for all matters relating to life cycle costs, maintenance requirements, technical manuals, training programs, and field support. Normally requires 10 to 12 years of experience in the desi gn, development, and management of complex logistics support programs for highly technical and complex electronic systems. FIN12 Field Engineer - Domestic (SINs 871-3, 4,5, 99A-E) Responsible for providing technical support to customers at their locations in order to maintain, repair and retrofit Division products in compliance with customer specifications and operational requirements. Provide technical data and statistics; prepare periodi c status reports; and submit field service proposals.
