Evaluates and recommends available database management systems products to support validated user requirements. Designs and customizes database applications for management, organization, business improvement, and survey uses.

Duties: Designs databases for clients including architecture and relationships. Gathers data in support of project requirements and organizes data in appropriate database formats to serve the company and clients needs.

Coordinates with sponsor to specify decision techniques and determine agenda and goals. Works closely with group members to enhance team building, communication, interpersonal relations, meetings, and decision-making. Provides support for task teams involved in quality and process improvement projects. Documents results and provides direction and advice to all levels of personnel involved in the process.

Minimum Education/Experience: A.A. degree or equivalent experience. Minimum six (6) months of facilitator experience with a fully functional knowledge of applicable industry standard applications and subject matter expertise, if required.

Lead Project Engineer

Duties: Designs, develops, modifies and evaluates devices or systems of a highly advanced nature within a particular engineering discipline such as Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering. Diagnoses problems and prepares relevant solutions. Conducts independent technical investigations. Evaluates vendor capabilities. May provide guidance to lower level employees within the job family or function in a lead capacity.

Minimum Education/Experience: B.S. degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Economics, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or related field. Minimum eight to ten years applicable engineering experience.

Principal Technical Engineering Consultant

Duties: Plans, organizes, staffs, directs, and manages performance of work associated with one or more task orders within the relevant subject matter domain of the project and the Principal Consultant's practice area. Fully responsible for providing technical guidance and expertise to project staff and ensuring that the methods, tools, and techniques applied in performance of the work represent the state of the art (as reasonably practical). Responsible for monitoring the technical quality of work products and ensuring that products meet quality standards. Substantially contributes to product content. In coordination with contract and task order management, plans work efforts ensuring that schedules and budgets are appropriate for accomplishment of project objectives and directs the work efforts of project staff. Works with customers in providing consultative advice in areas of expertise.

Minimum Education/Experience: B.A. or B.S., or equivalent experience and 20 years of relevant experience; master's degree and 10 years of relevant experience; PhD and seven years of relevant experience. Relevant experience includes experience in managing teams of professionals with generalized and specialized expertise in designing and implementing strategic planning; program evaluation using feasibility, effectiveness, and cost-benefit of organizational strategies, policies, and programs; quality management services; process management; facilitation; work groups; survey design and implementation; and outsourcing studies and documentation.

Project Engineer

Duties: Performs engineering evaluations from a systems perspective. Provides engineering specialty such as aerospace, chemical, electronic, electrical, environmental, industrial, mechanical, or nuclear to assess methods and techniques employed to identify hardware/software process and/or procedural problems unique to a particular engineering discipline or across a combination of engineering disciplines. Will also perform quality program assessments to develop recommendations for eliminating systemic problems that affect productivity, reliability, quality of product or service, and overall customer satisfaction.

Minimum Education/Experience: B.S. degree or equivalent experience in engineering and at least two years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Project Manager

Duties: Serves as the project manager for a large, complex task order (or a group of task orders affecting the same common/standard/migration system). Responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and insuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner. Performs enterprise wide horizontal integration planning and interfaces to other functional systems.

Minimum Education/Experience: B.S. degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline. This position requires a minimum of twelve years experience, of which at least nine years must be specialized. Specialized experience includes: complete engineering project development from inception to deployment, demonstrated ability to provide guidance and direction in the tasks similar to the representative scenarios provided in the RFP, proven expertise in the management and control funds and resources, demonstrated capability in managing multi-task contracts of this type and complexity. General experience includes increasing responsibilities in information systems.

Regulatory Compliance Engineering Manager

Duties: Develops engineering and operating documentation including procedures, plans, drawings, work packages, safety and health plans, work schedules, and cost estimating to facilitate safe and efficient conduct of work. Utilizing modeling techniques, simulates complex operational environments and proposed changes to operational environments to evaluate performance attributes.

Minimum Education/Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience providing consulting, facilitating, training or survey services in MOBIS-specific areas and a minimum of 1 year of Government service or Corporate experience; or a minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical domain necessary to support the MOBIS customer requirements.
