DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES/PRICES: The descriptions encompass the vast services Flaggshipp, Inc. provides under each stated SIN. Prices show in price list are net, all discounts deducted, and valid for all domestic areas. For SINs issued via hourly/daily rate, uncompensated overtime is not applicable to this contract.

On-Site Services: During the term of service, Flaggshipp personnel designated as on-site will be available for not less than eighty percent (80%) of the prime shift for Customer work. When working on site, the prime shift is the period between 8:00 A.M. through 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, exclusive of recognized holidays, with a one (1) hour meal period, inclusive of adjustments consistent with Customer s normal operating hours. After hours and weekend coverage will be provided on a limited and reasonable basis, or as mutually agreed upon to handle short-term critical periods. Customers will provide Flaggshipp personnel all reasonable and necessary storage and working space and utilities (including a telephone for business use).

SIN 874-1, Consulting Services: Contractor shall provide expert advice, assistance, guidance or counseling in support of agencies management, organizational and business improvement efforts. This may also include studies, analyses and reports documenting any proposed developmental, consultative or implementation efforts.

 

SIN 874-2, Facilitation Services: Contractor shall provide facilitation and related decision support services to agencies engaging in collaboration efforts, working groups, or integrated product, process, or self-directed teams.

IPTs are the core of Integrated Product and Process Development (IPPD) implementation. This course provides basic tenants that are fundamental to the successful launch and movement of IPTs to high performance. The training covers the following: defining team charter, defining the reporting structure and working relationship of all IPTs in relationship to each other, defining the level of empowerment, defining the relationship between government and contractor personnel on IPTs, provide skills for team members to do consensus decision making, problem solving, conflict resolution, creating team balanced scorecards, and conducting effective team meetings. The class is conducted in an action learning environment. This course follows DoD s Rules of the Road A Guide for Leading Successful Integrated Product Teams .

INVOICES: Invoices for retained services will be issued monthly in advance; on-site services will be issued semi-monthly. Other invoices will be issued as charges are incurred.

GOVERNMENT PURCHASE CARDS: Government credit cards are accepted for Orders below and above the micropurchase threshold of $2,500.00. Please contact Contractor for any additional terms and conditions required prior to acceptance of credit card above micropurchase threshold.

WARRANTY:

THE CONTRACTOR WARRANTS AND IMPLIES THAT THE ITEMS DELIVERED HEREUNDER ARE MERCHANTABLE AND FIT FOR THE PARTICULAR PURPOSE DESCRIBED IN THIS CONTRACT. FLAGGSHIPP WILL USE ITS DILIGENT EFFORTS TO PROVIDE THE SERVICES SPECIFIED HEREIN. FLAGGSHIPP MAKES NO OTHER WRRANTY OF ANY KIND OR NATURE WITH REGARD TO THE SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES FOR ANY BREACH OF THE TERMS OF THIS CONTRACT BY FLAGGSHIPP.
