SIN 874-1 CONSULTING SERVICES Litton Guidance & Control Systems can provide expert guidance and consulting services in support of customer requirements to establish management, organizational, and business improvement initiatives. These include but are not limited to IPT principles, enterprise reengineering process (ERP) implementation, program, internal quality audits and processes, Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Capability Maturity Model (CMM), evaluation to Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (NQA), criteria and investigation into special areas and ISO 9000 are available. SIN 874-2 FACILITATION SERVICES Litton Guidance & Control can provide assistance in all aspects of facilitation. These include but are not limited to the following: Practical logistics and agenda planning, capturing and effectively summarizing group data, gaining group consensus and commitment, using problem-solving and conflict resolution techniques, focusing decision-making, successfully leading small and large groups, debriefing techniques, creating accurate record of events. SIN 874-3 SURVEY SERVICES Litton Guidance & Control can provide professional survey services such as planning, sampling, development, pilots, validation, survey administration, database administration and analysis. GSA Federal Supply Schedule Contract GS - 10F- 0335K Litton Guidance and Controls Systems Division Management, Organizational Business Improvement Services Labor Category Requirements ETS2 Senior Member of Technical Staff (SINs 874-1 - 8): Responsible for serving as the highest level engineering/scientific advisor to management in the identification and solution of various highly complex, practical and theoretical problems. Conduct and or direct special investigations and present recommendations for action. Serve as the authoritative expert in a specialized field, make final technical decisions. Normally requires 16 years of experience in jobs of progressively increasing technical complexity and responsibility. ETS1 Member of Technical Staff (SINs 874-1 - 8): Responsible for performing technical assignments requiring advanced knowledge of engineering/scientific theory, principles and practices. Carry out complex development assignments where few fundamental principles have been established. Analyze highly technical problems and provide recommendations for solutions to engineering, scientific, design, and manufacturing personnel and or management. Normally requires 12 years experience in jobs of progressively increasing technical complexity and responsibility. ES17 Engineering Specialist (SINs 874-1 - 8): Responsible for performing complex design engineering tasks within a group, requiring originality, judgement and the application of advanced engineering principles. Responsibilities include defining parameters, development of methods of approach, and design of hardware compatible with overall systems. Normally requires 8 years of related engineering experience. ENG2 Senior Engineer (SINs 874-1 - 8): Responsible for designing and or modifying equipment, working from defined parameters. Perform independent analysis in a specialized field or work on small functional units. Direct the activities of draftsmen and technicians in designing, building and testing breadboard models. Assist in resolving technical problems. Normally requires 5 years related engineering experience. ETD1 Technical Data (SINs 874-1 - 8): Responsible for reviewing engineering data requirements and researching engineering documentation databases in order to extract data in support of risk assessment and as-built records. Track contractual document submittals in order to establish and maintain records. Modify existing database queries to extract appropriate information and to comply with engineering data requests.
