COMPANY OVERVIEW
PAI Corporation (PAI) was founded in 1983 in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, as a woman-owned small business (under this MOBIS contract, we are classified as a large, woman-owned business). PAI has an established history of providing quality technical and management services to the U.S. Department of Energy, the U.S. Department of Defense, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, and other clients. Branch offices are established in Las Vegas, Nevada and Moffett Field, California. PAI holds seven patents of invention and has received numerous awards for quality and excellence.
DESCRIPTION OF
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
OFFERED UNDER EACH SPECIAL ITEM NUMBER
SIN 874-1, Consulting Services: Provide expert advice, assistance, guidance, or counseling in support of agencies' management, organizational, and business improvement efforts. Examples of consultation include but are not limited to:
1. strategic, business, and action planning;
2. systems alignment;
3. cycle time;
4. high-performance work;
5. leadership systems;
6. performance measures and indicators;
7. process and productivity improvement;
8. organizational assessments; and
9. program audits and evaluations.
SIN 874-2, Facilitation Services: Provide facilitation and related decision support services to agencies engaging in collaboration efforts; working groups; or integrated product, process, or self-directed
teams. Assist agencies in:
1. the use of problem-solving techniques;
2. resolving disputes, disagreements, and divergent views;
3. providing a draft for the permanent record;
4. defining and refining the agenda;
5. logistical meeting/conference support when performing technical facilitation;
6. recording discussion content and focusing decision-making;
7. debriefing and overall meeting planning;
8. convening and leading large and small group briefings and discussions; and
9. preparing draft and final reports for dissemination.
SIN 874-7, Program Integration and Project Management Services: Provide services in the management, integration, and oversight of programs as well as project management. These services may include but are not limited to:
1. program management,
2. program integration (team leader),
3. program oversight, and
4. project management.
