SIN 874-1: Consulting Services

Services required under this SIN involve providing an agency with support for management, organizational and business improvement efforts, and documentation through the use of studies, analysis and reports of any proposed developmental, consultative or implementation efforts. Typical associated tasks include, but are not limited to strategic, business and action planning; systems alignment; cycle time; high performance work; leadership systems; performance measures and indicators; process and productivity improvement; organizational assessments; and program audits and evaluations.

 

NASA Glenn Research Center Contract Acquisition Management:

PB was retained by NASA GRC to provide consulting services on the acquisition of facilities maintenance. PB developed a plan for converting cost-plus contracts for facilities maintenance at GRC to fixed price performance based (FPPB) contracts. The PB-developed time-phased resource management plan recommended a two-phased approach including the conversion of the four institutional contracts in phase one, followed by the conversion of the four mission contracts during phase two. NASA agreed and selected PB to prepare the necessary documentation and manage the conversion. In all areas, life cycle facility management was a primary consideration.

 

SIN 874-7: Program Integration and Project Management Services

Services required under this SIN involve services in the management, integration, and programs and projects. Typical associated tasks include, but are not limited to program management, program integration (team leader), program oversight and project management.

 

National and Dulles Airports Program Management:

PB, in joint venture, is providing program management support services for one of the largest capital improvement programs under way anywhere in the world. This 10-year, $3.2 billion program involves major capital improvement projects at both Washington Dulles International Airport and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.

All PB services are priced in accordance with company salary categories and federally audited overhead rates, using corporate processes applied to both government and commercial bids, worldwide. Through this MOBIS Federal Supply Schedule (FSS), PB offers its full range of services, in accordance with each of the two SINs described in the scope of work. We can provide those services from our office anywhere in the world.
