INTRODUCTION
Contaminant Control, Inc. (CCI) was founded in response to growing concerns and governmental regulations regarding environmental contaminants and the need for qualified and experienced companies to manage these issues. Since its inception in 1989, CCI has effectively addressed these concerns by catering our services based on the specific needs of each individual client. _

CCI provides the most complete, quality-oriented environmental services in our market. CCI was built on the founding principle that quality is first and foremost. Quality comes in many forms:

  • Safety

  • Responsiveness

  • Critical Path Scheduling
  • Professionalism

  • Communication

  • Cost Effectiveness
We continue to build upon this principle and provide the highest quality services to our clients. Our staff regularly attend training seminars and invest hundreds of hours in advanced training courses. This instruction allows our personnel to stay abreast of ever-changing regulations and industry trends. Our dedication to providing skilled, educated, and safety-conscious personnel allows us to react rapidly to any environmental situation with confidence.
CCI Team in Front of Traile CCI services our customers through two business lines, abatement and environmental services. Not only does each line have experienced, highly trained personnel, but many technicians are cross-trained, allowing CCI the resources to meet your planned and unplanned projects. CCI is listed by the Engineering News-Record as one of the Top 200 Environmental Firms and Top 600 Specialty Contractors.

Indoor Air Quality and Toxic Mold Remediation. Indoor air quality, sick building syndrome, bioaerosols, and mycotoxins are becoming commonplace in the work place today. What may be thought of as a little mold problem may really be a long-term challenge that can result in lingering odors, unsightly stains, sick occupants, and even costly litigations. Whether the problem is a result of poor ventilation, improperly running mechanical systems, flooding, plumbing leak, or roof failure, the result can be the same. CCI provides prompt, cost-effective solutions to fungal and bacterial contaminations caused by excessive moisture.
Our technicians are trained in structural drying, utilizing both refrigerant and desiccant dehumidification, as well as mold remediation in order to guarantee optimum indoor air quality. By properly drying the structure and removing excess spores, CCI is able to minimize the often exuberant costs of repeated sampling caused by failing clearance tests.
  • Architectural and Building-Related Problems

  • Carpet, Drywall, Ceiling Tiles, Shower Curtains

  • Equipment Design and Installation

  • Insufficient Dehumidification after Water Intrusion

  • Lack of HVAC Cleaning and Filter Maintenance
  • Natural Disasters

  • Damp Basements

  • Humidifiers/Dehumidifiers

  • HVAC/Duct Systems
Industrial Services/Maintenance. CCI offers a variety of services in the area of industrial maintenance. With each maintenance project, proper work plans are developed and tailored to meet site-specific requirements and conditions. One of the services CCI offers is facility decontamination. Whether from hazardous substances or years of use, a systematic decontamination of your property can be completed with minimal interference of daily operations. In conjunction with the decontamination process, CCI coordinates the transportation and disposal of waste and treatment of all rinsing agents and waste products. _

CCI also offers confined space entry for tank cleaning and product recovery. Entries made into confined spaces are permitted accordingly and all safety precautions are followed. Other industrial maintenance services include:

Drying a water-damaged building can reduce the recovery cost by 25% to 70% compared to replacing the wet building materials. CCI offers dehumidification services that can mitigate mold and mildew growth, avoiding its destructive process. _

CCI utilizes the most efficient, state-of-the-art technology, from large capacity dehumidifiers to ultra sensitive monitoring devices quickly and completely dry building structures and contents. Many times customers can remain in the building during the drying process, thus keeping their employees and customers happy. Furthermore, CCI can provide on-site document drying, which allows customers to have access to their important documents during the restoration process.
