MOBIS Labor Category Descriptions

Project Manager

Responsible for managing the day today needs of the MOBIS projects. Consults with clients to identify business process improvement needs, develops creative solutions, and implement changes that significantly improve productivity, quality, or customer satisfaction.  Draft project proposals, reports, communications and memos that present issues, ideas and opportunities clearly and concisely.  Develop detailed project work plans that define key activities, timeliness, and resource requirements needed to achieve project objectives.  

 Bachelor s Degree 5 or more years of project management experience 

 Senior Consultant

Provides technical guidance and expertise to project staff ensuring that the methods, tools and techniques applied in performance of business improvement effort are the most optimal.   Responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, and directing performance of work associated with project task orders. Contributes substantially to project work products and activities, monitors overall quality and ensures that quality standards are achieved. Frequently interfaces with client personnel and represents DRE Partners in a professional and creditable manner.

Bachelor s Degree 5 or more years experience 

Consultant

Participates in the planning, organization and management of business improvement efforts. Contributes significantly in the performance of project activities and preparation of work products.  Monitors overall quality of products and ensures that products meet quality standards.  Expected to work independently with only minimal supervision and direction by more senior personnel. Frequently interfaces with client personnel and represents DRE Partners in a professional and creditable manner.

Associate Consultant

Applies analytical skills to support business process improvement efforts, studies and analysis projects. Typical duties include assisting in planning, establishment of requirements, modeling, development of procedures, and other related management and technical duties. Works under direct supervision and direction of more senior personnel.

Technical Writer

Assists in the collecting and organizing information required for the preparation of documentation of business improvement program audits, special reports, training materials, or program evaluations.  Prepares and/or edits customer deliverable and documents. 

Bachelor s Degree - 3 years of experience.

Administrative Support

Supports business improvement efforts by providing administrative support.  Prepares correspondence and a variety of documents and forms.  Maintains project files, plans and coordinates project meetings and assists in the development of project reports and presentations.
