TAG provided facilitation and process design services for the Denver Health and Hospital Authority s Racial and Ethnic Approaches to Community Health (REACH) initiative, working with a diverse group of health professionals and community activists to select and plan culturally appropriate projects to promote health in Denver s Latino and Native American communities.

 

874-8 MEDIATION/ ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ADR)

 

TAG applies conflict resolution techniques to public decision-making processes, helping stakeholders to move past deadlock to third way solutions that have broad support.

Highlighted experience:

TAG and RESOLVE designed and led the California Mediated Public Policy Dialogue on Physician-Assisted Suicide and End-of-Life Issues, a California Assembly-sponsored effort that led to breakthrough recommendations on improving end-of-life care.

 

874-4 TRAINING

 

TAG provides tailored training to leaders, including elected officials, government employees, and community/non-profit leaders, to better serve the public.

q       Curriculum development, including simulations, presentations by experienced leaders, case studies, budgeting workshops, peer feedback activities, etc.

Highlighted experience:

TAG has been lead facilitator for the Bighorn Center for Public Policy s Leadership Development Program since 2000. The six-month non-partisan program is intended to develop Colorado s next generation of elected leaders. TAG was instrumental in designing the program.
