Planning Services
Services provided under this SIN include making all necessary arrangements
for conferences, seminars, and trade shows. Palladian Partners provides the
full range of planning, logistical, and administrative support services to facilitate
successful meetings, conferences, and special events. These services include
but are not limited to meeting planning (agenda development, speaker identification,
site selection), on-site management and logistics (hotel contract negotiation,
liaison with facility for meeting rooms, AV, and catering), development of invitational
and meeting materials (conference Web sites and exhibits), and meeting follow-up
activities (participant reimbursement, final cost reporting). Services include

SIN 541-4F Commercial Art and Graphic Design
Services provided under this SIN include commercial art, graphic design, and
special effects that educate the consumer market about products and services.
Palladian's staff creates materials to effectively communicate agency messages;
materials are well organized, well written, targeted, and attractively packaged.
In addition to developing conceptual design and layouts, this SIN includes writing
and editing services that often go hand in hand with graphics. Palladian's graphic
arts staff has won many awards for products that contain highly technical information
and for plain language materials.
SIN 541-5 Integrated Marketing Services
This SIN will be used to offer a complete solution that integrates various services found under the other SINs. Services required under this SIN may include the creation of comprehensive solutions using strategically targeted marketing plans that include full service execution of media planning and creative multimedia campaigns.
