Descriptions
Project Manager:
Progressively responsible experience/education within their area or
responsibility. Four (4) year
Bachelors degree from an accredited institution. Responsible for the overall management of the project. Minimum of ten years experience
managing/supervising in fields relevant to the project. Areas of responsibility will include
providing supervision, management and technical assistance to support team, as
well as interfacing with client management.
Provides strategic planning, quality assurance and adherence to proposed
project plan and deliverables.
Senior Professional: Accredited undergraduate degree or equivalent business
experience. Minimum seven years of
managerial/supervisory experience in the oversight of relevant projects. Responsible for the implementation of the
Project Manager s plans and directives to ensure compliance with the Statement
of Work. Areas of responsibility will
include providing supervision to contracting staff and managing all activities
within the scope of the project.
Ability to effectively deal and communicate with individuals at all
levels.
Professional: Accredited
undergraduate degree or equivalent business experience. Minimum of five years experience
participating in relevant projects. Responsible
for the overall supervision of specific tasks within the scope of the
project. Leads task teams and supports
the completion of specific tasks within budget constraints and the proposed
timeline of the contract. Reports to
Senior Professional or Project Manager.
Systems Analyst:
Progressively responsible experience/education within their area of
responsibility. Four (4) year
Bachelors degree from an accredited institution. Minimum of seven years experience in programming software
interfaces, system design and development projects, and data control. Experience in developing project plans for
performance audits, systems alignment or realignment and ad hoc report
preparation. Responsible for the
overall programming and networking of the contractor s data systems and the
Internet trading exchange for the trading of financial assets.
Project Analyst:
Accredited undergraduate degree or equivalent business experience. Minimum of three years experience
participating in relevant projects. Responsible
for providing support specifically dedicated to the requirements of the
relevant project teams. Performs varied
analytical and technical duties requiring specific knowledge within the scope
of the project.
Administrative Support: Technical training or appropriate years of business
experience. Responsible for providing
administrative support to the project teams.
Maintains a close relationship to the day-to-day activities of the
Project Manager and staff. Demonstrated
skills in the preparation of analyses, reports and presentation material.
