DEFINITION OF LABOR CATEGORIES

 

 

Principal:  A Principal as defined by CS Technology acts in a strategic capacity as a client advisor, facilitator, and senior relationship manager.  The Principal provides executive leadership and overall management to large complex technology and infrastructure projects. The Principal will have a bachelor s degree and may have an advanced degree plus 15-25 years experience in a technology, project management, or engineering discipline.

 

Principal Consultant: A Principal Consultant as defined by CS Technology is a senior technical advisor or a senior enterprise project manager.  The Principal may be involved in all task orders issues against the contract in an oversight and advisory position.  The principal will have a Bachelors degree and may have an advanced degree plus and 12-20 years experience in a technology, project management or engineering discipline.

 

Senior Consultant:  A Senior Consultant as defined by CS Technology is a senior project manager or a senior technology/infrastructure professional and acts as a senior member of a project team or subject matter expert. The senior consultant will have a Bachelors degree and may have an advanced degree plus 7-15 years in a technology, project management, or engineering discipline.

 

Consultant: A Consultant as defined by CS Technology as a senior project or technical specialist.  The majority of specialists will have a Bachelors degree and 5- 10 years experience in a field related to project management, migration, systems engineering, network/voice engineering, mechanical, electrical engineering, and/or cable design.
